Whether you come to the Costa del Sol in the summer or in the winter, the apartment in Torrox Costa has everything you need at your fingertips. The property has a shared pool area which is separated by a fence from the garden with playground and plenty of benches for relaxing. The gardeners make sure everything is neat, clean and well maintained.
About the apartment
With a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, the apartment can accommodate up to four people. The bedroom is also furnished with large cupboard that allow you to unpack completely, and there is room for the suitcases on top of the cupboard so that they are not in the way. There are mountain views from the bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, Extractor, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Furthermore, there is a washing machine. In cupboards and drawers there is plates, glass and cutlery for four people. The kitchen is open to the living room with a bar, which provides a little extra space. Above the sink is a drying cabinet so the dishes can dry by themselves.
In the living room, you create a cosy atmosphere around the dining table, which in unfolded condition gives way to many homemade tapas. From the couch you can watch TV or read a good book while enjoying the snacks you have put on the coffee table. Two bar stools give the opening to the kitchen an extra feature.
From the living room there is an exit to the nice balcony, which often forms the center for most meals. The balcony overlooks the beach.
The bathroom is efficiently and functionally furnished with bathtub, bidet and of course toilet, washbasin and mirror.
The apartment is well maintained, and things are made to work well.
The built-in air conditioner functions as air conditioning during the hot season and as a heater in the winter, so you are sure of a reasonable indoor temperature all year round.
There is a smoke alarm in the apartment and outside in the gallery, there is a fire extinguisher nearby.
About the property
El Mirador del Peñoncillo II is a beautiful and well-kept property with attention on your safety. From the street there is a common entrance with door phone, so only the residents of the property have access. The apartments are accessed via the galleries and you can choose whether to take the lift or the stairs up to the 2nd floor where the apartment is located.
The garden invites you to enjoy the shade of the trees and palm trees. It is comfortably furnished with many benches and an approved playground for the children. The gated pool area has two swimming pools. One with low water for children, while the other with deeper water is suitable for adults and can be used for both cooling and swimming. Although the pool area is winter closed, both pools are kept neat and clean, which unfortunately is not a matter of course anywhere on the Costa del Sol.
At the end of the building is a squash court, which also has a basketball net, so there is the opportunity to be entertained with a little ball game.
You park your car in the locked parking in the basement where you have a dedicated space just inside the gate.
